Joining the squad as the Senior UI & UX Designer in 2018, my primary responsibility was to design the self-service My Account features, encompassing crucial aspects such as billing and usage graphs. This involved a range of tasks from sketching out early ideas, collaborating with team members through to the meticulous crafting of UI design. In addition, I focused on fine-tuning exisiting features to ensure seamless user experiences.
