I'm also entrusted with enhancing the Chapter's capabilities and nurturing talent, providing guidance for career progression, conducting evaluations and promotions, and establishing standardised tools, methodologies, and ways of working.

Catch Design
While at Catch Design, I focused on extensive projects primarily centred around Mercury Energy. I operated in-house, actively collaborating with the client as an integral member of their agile teams. Notably, I spearheaded the redesign of Mercury’s My Account platform, played a key role in optimising the join journey, and contributed to the development of the Mercury Go app.

Daily responsibilities encompassed UX and UI Design for both large and medium-sized websites. This included a blend of end-to-end research, design, and developer hand-off, as well as overseeing and suggesting continuous improvements. I collaborated closely with Graphic Designers to seamlessly translate brand identity into the digital realm. Additionally, I took charge of creating web versions of our clients' annual reports.
