At Genesis Energy, I head up the UX/UI & Development Chapter, guiding a high-performing team of 16 specialists across Design, Web & Mobile Development. I’m responsible for team capability, budgets, design quality, and delivery, ensuring our work consistently drives measurable outcomes for both users and the business.
